Anyone wishing to leave a legacy to Cancer Research UK can have the legal costs of their Will prepared through my firm paid for by Cancer Research UK. This applies to both single and joint Wills and would cover the full costs of your Wills in most circumstances. The legacy you leave can be as large or as small as you like and client confidentiality means that I am under no obligation to give any information to CRUK on the size of your gift, although you may wish to do so.
We have seen the importance of scientific research in recent times, but we can also be sure that there will be a significant drop in charitable donations made during the Coronavirus pandemic. Charities like Cancer Research UK rely heavily on legacies left to them in Wills.
